# Can I receive collect calls?

# It is not possible to receive collect calls with oxio VoIP telephony

Setting up a system to receive and bill collect calls is expensive to implement, maintain and requires regulatory agreements.

We want to keep our rates competitive, however adding this feature would make it more expensive.

In order to bring the most value to our telephone service, we have focused our efforts on the most commonly used features.
