Can I transfer my services?

Eligibility for Transfer Activation!

If your provider uses cable lines and your services are active with one of the following providers:

1Tel, Acanac, Altima Telecom, B2B2C, Carry Telecom, CIK telecom, Diallog, Distributel, EBOX, EGC Telecom, Fido, Focus Telecom, GEMS telecom, Innsys, Ivc, Netfox, Odynet, Primus, Rogers, Rutexnet, Spectrum,, Sunwire, Teksavvy, Transat Telecom, Velcom, Vmedia, Worldline, WRS Web Solutions, and ZiD internet

Congratulations! You are eligible for a transfer activation! ☻

Transfers must be submitted by the same customer associated with the previous account (Name, address, phone number). If you are submitting a transfer request for another person not associated with the previous account you will not be eligible for a transfer activation.
