From the moment of the change, there is usually a 2 to 3 day delay until your speed is officially modified, whether it’s for a faster speed or a slower one.

You will receive an automatic email (or text message, depending on your account preferences) indicating that the speed change is in function.

Once the change is official, your billing will be automatically adjusted pro-rata.

Caution! One speed change per 90 days is allowed. If you make other changes within this period, a charge of $ 10 per change will apply.
