### Both these functionalities are offered at no additional cost to you!

* A caller’s ID will be displayed after the second ring of a call.

* To pick up a call that is on hold, press the “flash” button on your phone once you’ve heard the first ring. _The caller ID of your second caller will also appear on your phone’s display after the second ring._
