# eero Plus: what is it and how does it work?


# You have just purchased an eero 6 router with your oxio subscription, and you would like to know how to set up your eero Plus option?

### What is eero Plus?

It's a subscription that allows you to benefit from advanced eero features and a bunch of useful applications. The subscription includes among others: 
* [1Password](https://1password.com/) family plan securely creates, stores and shares your passwords on all your devices.
* [Guardian VPN](https://guardianapp.com/) allows you to browse with a VPN in a safe and private way with up to 5 compatible devices.
* [Malwarebytes](https://www.malwarebytes.com/) protects up to three devices on and off your network.
* DDNS allows easy connection to your devices and content at home, even from outside.
