# Help me understand my oxio invoice/bill.

1. Our coordinates.
2. Your name and billing address. The service address may differ from the billing address.

3. **Billing cycle:** The period for which you are being billed (usually a month).
4. **Due date:** The date by which the invoice must be paid.
5. **Total amount due:** The total amount left to pay by the due date when the invoice was issued, which includes charges for your monthly services, one-time fees and any outstanding balance.

6. **Ongoing charges:** The amount your account is charged every month for your oxio services.


7. **Prior balance:** The amount you owe oxio from previous invoices.

8. **Taxes/Fees:** The amount your account is charged for all taxes (varying by province) and fees accrued during the previous billing cycle.



9. **Credits**: The amount credited to your account this cycle. Includes referrals, proration, etc.



10. **Applied payments**: The amount taken from your payment method and applied to your account balance.



11. **Pending payments**: The expected but not yet received amount from an automated pre-authorized bank payment.
