Holiday Shipping Message

Over the holidays (Happy Holidays!) shipping and activation will take longer than usual. Find out why



The holidays are here and for us that means we’ll be changing the internet in Canada with a reduced team while we get some much-needed rest and relaxation—or whatever you call endless visits from the in-laws. Our shipping and fulfillment partners at Groupe TAQ will be taking some time off over the holidays as well. Combine all that, and there are bound to be some shipping and activation delays here and there.

But don’t worry, we’ll be back to normal at it by January 5, 2023. (And that means we might as well wish you a Happy New Year while we’re at it!)


Here are our holiday Customer Service hours, just as an FYI:

December 24th: 8:00 - 16:00 (4PM)

December 25th: 12:00 - 17:00 (5PM)

December 31st: 8:00 - 17:00 (5PM)

January 1st: 12:00 - 22:00 (10PM)

If you’ve got any questions, just ask. We’re still here, but there will be fewer of us around over the holidays.
