# How do I access my router settings?

You’re in the right place! To proceed, you’ll need to first determine which oxio-provided router you currently have. 

*For those using a personal router, please refer to the user guide for that particular device.*

In order to monitor or make changes on your network, you’ll need the **oxio WiFi app** on your smartphone. To log in, you can use with the same credentials you used when signing up for oxio services. 

*The app's minimum requirements are iOS 15 and Android 9 and cannot be downloaded on PC*.

In order to monitor or make changes on your network, you’ll need the **eero app** on your smartphone. To log in, you’ll need to set up an eero account through the app sign up screen. 

The app can be downloaded at [__https://eero.com/app__](https://eero.com/app) for iOS and Android.

*The eero app requires iOS 15.0 or Android 7.0 and later, and your device must be Bluetooth 4.0 BLE enabled.* *eero settings cannot be accessed on a PC.*

To access the router’s backend, the steps for SmartRG routers are as follows:

1. On a browser, go to [https://192.168.1.1/](https://192.168.1.1/)
2. Login using one of the following credentials:

**Username:** oxio
**Password:** FL54cBHZs6

OR (for earlier software versions)

**Username:** user
**Password:** oxio

Settings will be accessible on the left-hand side bar.

### ${color}[#000000](SR516ac or SR616ac.)

The way to access the backend for a SmartRG SR516ac or SmartRG SR616ac requires the creation of a username unique to you. If you have one of these routers, please [__contact Customer Care__](https://oxio.ca/en/support) for assistance.
