# How do I reset my Client Portal password?

## ${color}[#000000](Reset your Client Portal password from the login screen.)

1. Go to the [__oxio Client Portal login screen__](https://account.oxio.ca/en/login).
2. Select “**I forgot my password**” underneath the password field.
3. Enter in your email address. This should be the same email you used when signing up.
4. Tap **Confirm**. 
5. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your **verification code** to create a new password.

If the verification code email ghosted you after 10 minutes, bail on waiting.
