# How do I update my contact info?

## ${color}[#000000](Update your email and phone number right from your Client Portal.)

1. Log in to your [__Client Portal__](https://account.oxio.ca/en/login?redirect=%2Fen%2Fclient-portal).
2. Select **My Profile**.
3. Under **Personal Information**, select **Update email address** or **Update phone number**.
4. Follow the provided prompts, enter your new contact info, and select **Update**.

|| 🛡️ For security, changing your email address requires your account password and a 6-digit verification code sent to the new address.
