Follow these instructions to reboot your equipment and restore your connection!

You will get faster results if you follow these instructions step by step without rushing.

Unplug the network cable from your modem, unplug the modem from the power outlet and unscrew the coaxial cable from the modem.
Unplug the router from the power outlet.
Screw the coaxial cable back into the modem and plug the modem into the power outlet.

Once done, wait five (5) minutes.

Plug the network cable into the modem and into the WAN port at the back of the router.
Plug the router into the power outlet.
Wait for the lights on the router to turn on. Make sure the light for “Internet” is on.
