# What should I do if I can’t log in to my oxio Client Portal?

The day you signed up, we sent you an email with the subject line, “**Welcome to oxio!** 🤘”, which contains a creation link for your Client Portal.

Use that specific link to set up your login and gain access to the portal. Don’t foget to check your spam/junk folder! *That thing eats emails.*
