# Where can I find my monthly billing date?

Follow these quick steps to find out when your next monthly bill is due!

1. Log in to your [__Client Portal__](https://oxio.ca/en/client-portal).
2. Head over to your **Billing** tab. On mobile you can find this at the bottom of your screen.
3. Look under the **Billing Summary Tab** > **Next Bill Due**.
4. Here you can find your **next due date** and how many days are left in your current billing cycle.** **
5. **Note this date** to track your bills or, for ultimate convenience, [__set up automatic payments__](https://aide.oxio.ca/en/article/simplifying-your-bill-payments-how-to-enable-or-disable-automatic-payments-1bqzjqw/) so you never have to think about it.

Yes, you can change your monthly billing date.

Your current billing date is the same date each month, determined by the day your services were activated and your equipment was delivered. For instance, if your service began on the 10th of the month, all future billing dates will be on the 10th.

To choose a new monthly billing date, simply [__contact Customer Care__](https://oxio.ca/en/support) and let us know what new date you'd prefer.

||| ⚠️ Changing your monthly billing date will make your next bill slightly higher. This is because it will include the charges for the extra days between your old and new billing dates, but after that, your bills will return to normal.
