How do I update my contact info?

Update your email and phone number right from your Client Portal.


  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Select My Profile.
  3. Under Personal Information, select Update email address or Update phone number.
  4. Follow the provided prompts, enter your new contact info, and select Update.


🛡️ For security, changing your email address requires your account password and a 6-digit verification code sent to the new address.
