Can I suspend my oxio service?
With the oxio seasonal suspension option, you can pause your internet and put your billing on hold for up to 6 months at a time.

Prices sometimes change for new customers. If you were to cancel and decide to come back, the pricing and plan you initially had may no longer be available. A seasonal suspension ensures you can return with the same price and peace of mind.
Pricing is based on the cost the network provider for your area charges - aka, the owner of the internet line connected to your home.
Exceptions apply for certain locations in ON, such as the Thunder Bay and Rockland areas.*
If auto-payment is enabled, this amount will be charged to your card on file instantly upon making the request.
If auto-payment is disabled, this amount will be invoiced to your account and must be paid via your Client Portal before your start date.

If a seasonal suspension is prolonged over the maximum 6 months, your oxio service will be cancelled, and equipment must be returned. Extensions may be granted under some circumstances. Additional suspension fees may apply.
