Where can I find my account number?

Have you ever needed to find your oxio account number, but didn't know where to look? Don't worry!


It's actually really easy to find it through the Client Portal. Just follow these simple steps:




Making sure we've got the right customer (it's important!)
Keeping track of payments and outstanding balances
Handling service changes, like upgrades or downgrades
Generating bills to keep everything running smoothly






Here's a step-by-step guide to finding your account number:



Head over to https://oxio.ca/en/login/ and log in to your account
Once you're logged in, you'll land on your account dashboard. Find the Summary tab at the top of the page and click on it
In the Summary section, you'll see various options. Look for My information in the middle of the page
Under My information, you'll find your account number. It's typically a long string of numbers, around 5 digits long


Now that you have your account number, you can use it for things like verifying your account when talking to Customer Care Team, and more.
