What are the accepted payment methods?
To guarantee that all equipment will be sent back to us at the end of a customer’s subscription, it is mandatory to have a credit card associated to all oxio accounts (as per our Terms and Conditions). For the time being: Credit cards are the only accepted payment methods. This is because payments with cards are done in real time and simplify tracking of funds for customers. When is my next bill date?
It’s quite simple! The day your oxio services were activated becomes the date that, each month, your invoice will be sent to you.
Are there fees if I move?
No. You can move and take your oxio services with you for free every 24 months. Any other relocations during your 24-month period will come at a 100$ cost.
Can I still get oxio services if I don’t have a credit card?
Unfortunately, no. As a safety measure we only accept credit cards. Eventually, support for payment through financial institutions and pre-authorized debit payments will be rolled out. If you were looking for information on available payment methods, click here
Will I receive my invoices by mail?
No, you will not! In our ongoing attempt to be a green company looking forward and building a sustainable model, we do not send any invoices or ads by traditional mail. Your invoice can be seen every month in your client portal on the date it is issued. An email is also sent to remind you that your bill is available.
