Suspending an account
We unfortunately cannot suspend an account for any length of time, but we do offer the option of suspending services so that your monthly rate is at the minimum for the duration of your choice.
Please reach out to a customer service agent via any of our platforms (Facebook Messenger, SMS or email) to make adjustments to your account.
Keep in mind that only one speed change per 90 days is allowed.
