Upper left.
- Our coordinates.
- Your name and billing address. The service address may differ from the billing address.
Upper right.
- Billing cycle: The period for which you are being billed (usually a month).
- Due date: The date by which the invoice must be paid.
- Total amount due: The total amount left to pay by the due date when the invoice was issued, which includes charges for your monthly services, one-time fees and any outstanding balance.
Centre section.
- Ongoing charges: The amount your account is charged every month for your oxio services.
- Prior balance: The amount you owe oxio from previous invoices.
- Taxes/Fees: The amount your account is charged for all taxes (varying by province) and fees accrued during the previous billing cycle.
- Credits: The amount credited to your account this cycle. Includes referrals, proration, etc.
- Applied payments: The amount taken from your payment method and applied to your account balance.
- Pending payments: The expected but not yet received amount from an automated pre-authorized bank payment.
