How do I access my router settings?
You’re in the right place! To proceed, you’ll need to first determine which oxio-provided router you currently have.
For those using a personal router, please refer to the user guide for that particular device.
If you have the oxio WiFi Pod…
In order to monitor or make changes on your network, you’ll need the oxio WiFi app on your smartphone. To log in, you can use with the same credentials you used when signing up for oxio services.
The app's minimum requirements are iOS 15 and Android 9 and cannot be downloaded on PC.
If you have the eero 6 router...
In order to monitor or make changes on your network, you’ll need the eero app on your smartphone. To log in, you’ll need to set up an eero account through the app sign up screen.
The app can be downloaded at https://eero.com/app for iOS and Android.
The eero app requires iOS 15.0 or Android 7.0 and later, and your device must be Bluetooth 4.0 BLE enabled. eero settings cannot be accessed on a PC.
If you have the SR400ac or SR905acv router…
To access the router’s backend, the steps for SmartRG routers are as follows:
- On a browser, go to http://192.168.1.1/
- Login using one of the following credentials:
Username: oxio
Password: FL54cBHZs6
OR (for earlier software versions)
Username: user
Password: oxio
Settings will be accessible on the left-hand side bar.
SR516ac or SR616ac.
The way to access the backend for a SmartRG SR516ac or SmartRG SR616ac requires the creation of a username unique to you. If you have one of these routers, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
