How do I reset my Client Portal password?

Reset your Client Portal password from the login screen.


  1. Go to the oxio Client Portal login screen.
  2. Select “I forgot my password” underneath the password field.
  3. Enter in your email address. This should be the same email you used when signing up.
  4. Tap Confirm.
  5. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your verification code to create a new password.


Didn’t get the email? Or, want to use a different email?


If the verification code email ghosted you after 10 minutes, bail on waiting.


Contact Customer Care. We’ll do a manual reset and drop you a fresh creation link to use instead.
