How do I reset my Client Portal password?
Reset your Client Portal password from the login screen.
- Go to the oxio Client Portal login screen.
- Select “I forgot my password” underneath the password field.
- Enter in your email address. This should be the same email you used when signing up.
- Tap Confirm.
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your verification code to create a new password.
Didn’t get the email? Or, want to use a different email?
If the verification code email ghosted you after 10 minutes, bail on waiting.
Contact Customer Care. We’ll do a manual reset and drop you a fresh creation link to use instead.
