What about upload speeds?
Like your download speeds, most use cases of having higher upload speeds will depend on your lifestyle.
If you’re someone who needs to upload large files to the web very quickly (i.e. a Graphic Designer) or are a content creator who needs to upload a lot of videos (i.e. Twitch streamer, Youtuber, etc.) consider choosing a plan with higher upload speeds.
Mathematically speaking, uploading a 10GB video file at 10Mbps takes about two and a half hours.
Otherwise, most other plans will have enough upload speed to meet your needs. For context, video calling services generally ask for less than 3 Mbps and most online games demand under 5 Mbps.
