Where can I find my monthly billing date?
Follow these quick steps to find out when your next monthly bill is due!
How to find your monthly billing date.
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Head over to your Billing tab. On mobile you can find this at the bottom of your screen.
- Look under the Billing Summary Tab > Next Bill Due.
- Here you can find your next due date and how many days are left in your current billing cycle.
- Note this date to track your bills or, for ultimate convenience, set up automatic payments so you never have to think about it.
Can I change my monthly billing date?
Yes, you can change your monthly billing date.
Your current billing date is the same date each month, determined by the day your services were activated and your equipment was delivered. For instance, if your service began on the 10th of the month, all future billing dates will be on the 10th.
To choose a new monthly billing date, simply contact Customer Care and let us know what new date you'd prefer.
