How do I cancel my oxio internet services?

We provide 2 ways to cancel your oxio account:
OPTION ➊ Log in to your Client Portal, select the “My Bundles” tab, and then “Cancel my service” located under the Package Summary. From here you can follow the steps provided to self-serve cancel your account.
OPTION ➋ Contact Customer Care with the following bits of information:
oxio account number.
Full name associated with account.
Desired date of cancellation.
Reason for parting ways.
Our agent may send a PIN to verify your identity before processing and confirming the cancellation with you.
📦 What do I do with my equipment?
All oxio equipment must be returned.
On the date of your disconnection, we’ll email you equipment return instructions. Shipping is 100% covered by us. You’ll just need to bring the equipment (in a box) to a local Canada Post office and provide them with the code we’ll send you in the equipment return email.
⚠️ It is not possible to physically bring us the devices. oxio does not have a physical service point or store. Also, ensure you don't send packages to the address that appears on your invoice.
💰Will I get a refund for unused days on my billing cycle?
Of course!
Once our warehouse has received your equipment back, our finance department will issue a refund for unused days from the date of disconnection. This reimbursement will show back up in your bank account or credit card on file in 7-10 business days.
☎️ What if I have oxio home phone service? (QC only)
You have 14 days following the termination of your oxio services to keep your landline number and transfer it to your next provider.
Only an active number can be the subject of a portability request: you need to keep this service active until portability is completed with your next provider.
