Simplifying Your Bill Payments: How to Enable or Disable Automatic Payments

Are you curious if oxio offers automatic payments?



Well, wonder no more! The answer is YES! With our convenient feature, you have the power to turn automatic payments on or off and manage your finances with ease. And to make things even better, we've crafted a simple guide to help you through the process. Let's get started!🚀




Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal



Visit the oxio website at www.oxio.ca
Locate the "👤" button on the top right corner of the homepage
Enter your email address and password associated with your oxio account
Click on Login to access the client portal


Step 2: Access the Billing Section



Once logged in, locate the Billing tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard
Click on the Billing tab to access the billing section, where you can view and manage your payment methods
Click on "Payment Methods", and you should find the Automatic Payment feature on the right-hand side of the webpage


Step 3: Enable Automatic Payments



In the billing section, locate the Automatic Payments option
Click on the box to insert a "✔" symbol, activating the automatic payments feature
Automatic payment will start on your next invoice. If you have a balance due, you can pay your balance under the Billing tab, or write to our Customer Care team


Step 4: Disable Automatic Payments



To disable automatic payments, navigate to the billing section and locate the Automatic Payments option
Click on the "✔" symbol to deactivate this feature
Automatic payment will be deactivated only from your next invoice. If you have a pre-authorized debit payment already initiated, it is not possible to cancel it.
