Can I get my monthly bill by paper mail?

Any oxio customer can receive their monthly bills/invoices by paper mail upon request.


How do I request my monthly bill by paper mail?


  1. Contact Customer Care via Live Chat or SMS.
  2. Let us know you’d like to opt in to receive your monthly bills by paper mail.
  3. Confirm your mailing address.


⚠️ It’s your responsibility as a customer of oxio to ensure payments are made on time. A 21-day payment period is provided. oxio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Note that consecutive late payments can lead to the suspension of your internet service.

Will my monthly bill still be available online?


Yes! We use e-billing for all oxio customers to reduce our environmental impact and mailing costs.


You can easily find all your invoices by logging into your Client Portal and going to the Billing tab. We’ll also email you a reminder each month when your bill is available. (Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder!)
