You forgot your Client Portal password or just want to change it?

Go on the Client Portal connection page;
Click on “I forgot my password” under the Log in button;
Write the email address linked to your oxio account in the password reset field;
Click on “Send a confirmation code”

A verification code will be emailed to you.

This code will be needed to be able to enter your new password.

You don’t receive the code in the next 10 minutes? Please check your email spam folder. Our email could end up there. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any help.

You have changed your email address or prefer using another one?
Please contact our customer care team to make the change. A Client Portal activation link will be given to you following the change to confirm the new info given to our team.
