How do I use an oxio referral or promo code when signing up?
Got hooked up with a referral from a friend or found an online promo code? We’ve made it super easy to drop that code in and save on your plan before you hit pay.
Follow these quick steps to lock in your savings at checkout.
How to apply your code: Step-by-step.
- Head to checkout and build your cart.
Browse the plans, select the one best suited for you, and create your account.
- Locate the referral/promo code box.
On the payment details page towards the end of the checkout process, look for the field labelled “Apply referral or promo code”.
- Enter your code and hit apply.
Paste or type your code into the input field, then hit the Apply button right next to it. You’ll see your discount applied automatically with the subtracted amount.
What if my referral or promo code isn’t working?
If your discount isn't applying or you see an error message, double-check these common issues:
- Did you hit “Apply?”: Simply typing the code into the box won’t apply the savings. You have to click or tap the Apply button to activate it.
- Typo errors: Check for accidental spelling or spaces before or after the code.
- Expiration dates: Make sure the code is still active and hasn’t passed its expiration window.
- One code per order: Referral and/or promo codes can’t be stacked. If you already have a discount applied, entering a new one will override the previous code.
