I can’t log in to my oxio Client Portal
Check the email associated to your oxio account
An access creation link has been sent to your email after you created your package online. Using the link in that email, you can access your client portal to then change your login credentials.
Keep in mind that the email may sometimes end up in the spam folder.
If this operation doesn’t fix your issue, please reach out to a customer service agent via any of our platforms (Facebook Messenger, SMS or email). They will gladly help you enable access to your account!
