How do I change the channels in my plan?

If you wish to change the channels in your plan, log in to your client portal and go to the My bundles tab. Don’t forget to save your changes!

You can change your plan’s channels once every 36 days. Why 36 days you ask? Well, that’s the part that’s out of our control. The 36 day period is determined by the billing cycle of the companies that own the channels (Bell Media, Corus, TVA Group, etc.). They don’t all have the same billing cycle, so we had to go with the longest period. Which is 36 days.
The count starts from the day of your subscription, which means that you can make your first change in the 2nd month of your subscription.
