How does a transfer activation work?
If you’re switching to oxio and currently have active service on your home’s coaxial line, you may be eligible for a Transfer activation. This allows us to activate your service remotely with minimal downtime.
Typically, your current service will stop the day before your oxio service begins.

What you need to do.
After completing checkout, we’ll let you know via email how your oxio internet service will be activated. If you’re confirmed for a transfer activation, here’s what you’ll need to do:
✅ Match your details: Ensure your name, address, and phone number on your current provider's account are identical to your oxio account.
✅ Coordinate the dates: Contact your current provider immediately to schedule your disconnection for the specific date we provided in our email (this is usually the day before your oxio start date).
✅ Get the request number: Ask your provider for the 9-digit Disconnetion Request Number and send it to our Customer Care team.
What if I’m not eligible for a transfer?
Don’t worry! In most cases, your oxio internet service can still be activated remotely. If this isn’t possible, we’ll schedule an activation appointment with a technician instead.
