When will I get my activation date?

Trust us, we’re just as eager to get you up and online ASAP.


🧐Okay, so when will I hear back?


After completing checkout online, you should receive an automated email + SMS (if you enabled SMS notifications) from us as soon as your activation date or activation appointment with a technician is confirmed.


Normally, unless there is an issue with your address, you should receive confirmation in 2-5 business days.


If you’re still within this time frame, sit tight. We’ll get back to you. oxio activation day (almost as exciting as Christmas morning) is coming soon!
