3) On the Payment Details page, enter your referral code in the Referral Code or Promo Code section



4) Fill out the rest of the form with your personal information.
5) Review the terms and conditions and click Submit to complete your sign-up.

Do not forget enter the referral code correctly by typing all the letters and numbers in the right order! If the conditions of the referral offer have been met, then you don't have to worry at all. Your rewards will automatically be added to your account.
