    You can fairly easily program your oxio remote so that it can interact directly with any somewhat recent TV set. The buttons used to interact with your TV are the blue ones at the top of the remote (2 and 12) as well as the power button (1).   • Can I install additional apps on my TV receiver?
    It is not possible to install additional apps on the TV receiver Our device has a limited TV Android version that does not allow this option. The only app available on our receiver is Stingray (free version managed by Stingray)Few readers

    TV receivers can be used both with a network cable or a Wi-Fi network Wireless TV means that you can watch TV using your internet! No need for TV cables anymore. The receiver does need to be connected to your TV with an HDMI cable and to a power outlet. The oxio TV receiver uses the Wi-Fi dispensed by the oxio router, meaning you can use your TV receiver from anywhere in your place of residence. We recommend connecting the receiver to the 5GHz Wi-Fi to ensure the best possible transmissionFew readers
  • Can I increase the recording storage capacity for my TV receiver?
    Yes, you can! You can add 100 hours of additional storage capacity to our base offer of 100 hours for $10/month.     That is a good thought, but it is not necessary! Since TV receivers use up bandwidth even when not being used, you can turn off the receiver to free up more bandwidth for your other devices! If no buttons are pressed on the remote, the receiver will automatically enter sleep mode after 2 and a half hours.Few readers

    All of our TV receivers offer recording functionalities You can record 100 hours of High Definition TV and can record on as much as 6 shows simultaneously.   • My TV receiver’s sound is maxed out, but it’s still not loud enough. What to do?
    All you need to do is turn up the volume directly on your TV if you wish to use the volume control buttons at the center of your oxio remote. You prefer using your TV’s volume control? Simply turn up the receiver’s volume to the maximum and use the blue volume control buttons at the top of your oxio remote! Note that you must program these to function correctly.   • Can I only take the TV package without the internet?
    No, sorry! Our TV service is dependent upon our internet service. It is mandatory to use oxio internet services to have access to oxio TV services!Few readers

  • Why can’t I select the sports channels for my package?

  • Wi-fi Television Service Limitations
    The "wireless TV" function means that the channel signal does not require a cable connected to the receiver in order to be routed. The receiver must still be connected to an electrical outlet and to your TV via an HDMI cable. The wireless TV function uses the Wi-Fi network provided by our router. In order for you to get the best experience, the Wi-Fi signal must be strong enough. In general, the closer the receiver is to the router, the stronger the signal.
